Executive Information System
Relevant information that is timely, accurate and actionable
An Executive Information System (EIS) is a tool that provides direct on-line access to relevant information in a useful and navigable format. Relevant information is timely, accurate and actionable; it is information about aspects of an institution that are of particular interest to the senior administrator. The useful and navigable format of the system means that someone has specifically designed it for use by individuals with limited time.
