Pay Claim Management (PCM) is a new web application that takes scheduled teaching activity and provides an audit control system that allows institutions to ensure that staff contracts are fulfilled and staff are accurately paid for the teaching they deliver. The software can be used for all staff, but is particularly relevant when managing pay claims for part-time or contract staff.
PCM also provides a transparent mechanism for individual teaching staff to monitor their own teaching activity and ensure they are being treated fairly under the terms of their contract.
PCM allows institutions to approve teaching schedules with their staff. It then provides a mechanism for staff to submit claims that can be authorized by line mangers for payment. PCM integrates with your human resources system so that staff pay rates, expenditure codes and cost centers don’t need to be entered twice.
